Come sing your heart out in the Glitter Dungeon, doing everything from karaoke classics, current pop hits, broadway standards, and more! In honor of Pride, The Kulture Enthusiasts in association with Watts & Ward is producing A Queer centric comedy showcase. The event will be located at Watts and Ward in Downtown Raleigh. This showcase intends to shine light on queer comedians from all over the state of North Carolina. We believe that representation allows room for acceptance and a better cohesive understanding of the different identities that make up the LGBTQIA+ community.

Partnering with @raleighpride, we are featuring a cast of some of Raleighs favorite entertainers who are ready to serve you a sickening experience. Out! Raleigh Pride is returning in person on June 24, 2023 for our 11th year! Join us on Fayetteville Street in downtown Raleigh for an inclusive and family-friendly action-packed event, with activities for all ages. Running from 11:00am to 6:00pm, the event offers live entertainment, local vendors and artists, great food, a KidsZone, and a beer garden! There is no admission fee.

This event is an important way to raise the necessary funds to support the LGBT Center of Raleigh and all of its 20+ amazing community programs. Our last in-person event brought thousands of people onto Raleigh’s Fayetteville Street to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community, our friends, and families.

In the last ten years, the event has become an integral part of Raleigh’s downtown culture, promoting diversity, awareness, and a sense of inclusiveness for the LGBTQIA+ community. Each year has been more successful than the last, and this year will be no exception!

Reimagining Blackness: How artists and creatives celebrate and expand our cultural understanding of Black identity.

Join curator and choreographer Duane Cyrus for a moderated conversation with guest panelists from multiple art backgrounds as they discuss various ways that blackness, and black masculinity in particular, is being reinvented in a positive light through the creative arts.

We’re so excited to welcome chef Steven Satterfield of Miller Union in Atlanta in celebration of his new cookbook, Vegetable Revelations. This book captures the true ethos of farm-to-table, and we'll be cooking and sharing a wide array of the recipes for you to try--dishes like “Greens Grilled Cheeses” and “Cherry Tomato Crostata.” Then learn from Steven and Ashley during a short cooking demonstration, and we'll close it out with a fireside chat between Steven and Ashley.

Your ticket reserves you a spot and gets you access to the demo and all of the dishes, and an open bar of wine, Trophy Brewing beer, and featured Tito's cocktails. It also includes a signed copy of the cookbook!

Co-hosted by Urban Pothos and Hartwell, this event consists of an outdoor makers market and an indoor Drag show. Proceeds from the Drag Show benefit the LGBT Center of Raleigh. Urban Pothos matches the donations raised during the event. This year we will have two drag shows throughout the day featuring four Queens. It’s totally family-friendly and a great time for all!
